MORE Exchange Forum Group
The MORE project will set up an Exchange Forum Group to gather public and private stakeholders interested in the take-up of the MORE tools beyond the project.
The MORE Exchange Forum will be a platform to discuss ideas and provide feedback on the MORE tools and research results. Members of the MORE Exchange Forum will receive frequent updates, meet regularly throughout the duration of the project and will have the opportunity to shape the MORE tools and concepts.
The MORE Exchange Forum Members will closely follow, comment on and validate the development of the tools throughout the project and will finally receive tailored guidance on how to use the tools in their own context. More particularly, they will serve as valuable sounding board for specific activities in other areas of intervention of the MORE project, where user needs are identified, regulatory frameworks are studied, scenarios are developed, and road design requirements identified.
Forum members will meet three times in total throughout the duration of the project. Budget will be made available to cover travel and accommodation for 10 Forum members.

BACKGROUND: The MORE Tools
MORE will develop four tools assisting the development of street ecosystems:
- A library with design elements to develop new options;
- A stakeholder engagement tool for the co-creation of design options, using both web-based and traditional planning tools;
- A simulation tool that will mimic user behaviour in streets and on roads, including the delivery of performance indicators;
- An appraisal tool for the assessment of design options.
The MORE tools will be tested in five European cities: Lisbon, London, Budapest, Constanta and Malmö.
