The European Cyclist’s Federation represents cycling organisations worldwide, giving them a voice at the international level. ECF actively promotes cycling as a sustainable and healthy means of transportation and recreation. Through the Cities and Regions for Cyclists network and the UITP Combined Mobility Committee, ECF advises a change in urban planning and political thinking and introduces cycle-friendly perspectives in planning and policy practices.
